Partner Terms

1. Object

The Partner (Creator) agrees to provide descriptive, audio, or textual content related to Points of Interest (POIs) for the Application.

2. Assignment of Rights (Intellectual Property)

In exchange for remuneration, the Creator assigns to PEERLEDGE SARLAU, exclusively and definitively, all proprietary rights to the content provided. PEERLEDGE SARLAU becomes the sole owner.

3. Remuneration

• Calculation: 60% of the net value of each sale of one of the Creator's tours, meaning the price paid by the User less the app-store (Apple, Google) or card-payment (CMI) fees. A different rate agreed in writing with a Creator replaces this one.
• Trigger: Earned each time a User buys one of the Creator's tours, and credited to the Creator's earnings at the time of the sale. A tour unlocked only with free or promotional Rounds earns nothing.
• Availability: Earnings become available for payment 30 days after the sale. A sale that is refunded or reversed during that period is deducted.

4. Payment and Taxation

• Payment Threshold: The Creator can request a payment from the Creator Studio once at least MAD 200.00 is available.
• Professionals: Full payment upon presentation of a valid invoice.
• Individuals (Non-patented): Application of a Withholding Tax (RAS) of 30% on the gross amount, in accordance with the Moroccan General Tax Code. The Creator receives the net amount.

5. Exclusivity

The Creator is prohibited from publishing identical content on a competing platform for a duration of 3 years.
