1. Data Controller

Data is collected by PEERLEDGE SARLAU (see Legal Notice), acting as the data controller.

2. Collected Data

• Identity & Contact: Phone number (verified via OTP), and public profile data transmitted by Facebook, Google, or Apple (Name, Email, User ID).
• Usage Data: Gamification data (Badges, progress, Rounds balance) and technical data (IP address, device model, OS version).

3. Geolocation (GPS)

The Application uses your device's GPS geolocation to guide you and unlock Points of Interest (POIs).

• Real-time processing: Your continuous movement path is processed locally on your device and is not recorded on our servers.
• Check-ins: Only the specific locations where you successfully complete a challenge or "unlock" a site are saved to your account to track your game progress.

4. Camera Access

The Application requests permission to access your device's camera. This permission is strictly necessary for the following features:

• QR Code Scanning: To scan codes located at challenges or Points of Interest (POIs) to verify your physical presence and unlock rewards.
• Photo Challenges: To allow you to capture and submit photos required to complete specific in-game missions.

Data Handling: Camera data is processed locally on your device in real-time. We do not record, store, or transmit your camera feed to our servers unless you explicitly submit a photo as part of a challenge validation.

5. Purpose of Processing

Account management, game operation, purchase management ("Rounds"), and technical improvement.

6. Hosting and Transfer

Your data is hosted on Cloud servers located abroad, specifically in France. This processing and transfer is subject to a declaration to the CNDP (National Control Commission for the Protection of Personal Data).

7. Your Rights and Account Deletion

In accordance with Law 09-08 and Google Play policies, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to the processing of your personal data.

• Request Deletion: You may request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us atcontact@heararound.com or by using the "Delete Account" option within the application settings.
