Terms of Sale

1. Preamble

These terms of online sale govern all transactions carried out through the HearAround website. Any transaction processed through this website implies the unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these terms by the customer.

2. Purpose

These terms are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with online sales carried out via the HearAround website, namely the purchase of “Rounds” (virtual tokens usable within the HearAround application).

3. Sales

The customer connects to the HearAround website and selects the Round pack they wish to purchase. They then enter their identification details, accept these terms and click the “Pay” button. The customer is then redirected to the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI) secure online payment platform, where they complete their payment details and validate the payment.

4. Payment Methods

To pay online by bank card, the customer is asked to enter their payment card details on the secure payment page. Once the transaction is accepted by the bank, the settlement debiting their account is carried out on the working day following the date the transaction is confirmed.

Online payment by bank card is secured by the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI), which provides a fully secure payment service. Prices are charged in Moroccan Dirham (MAD).

The customer guarantees to the HearAround website that they hold the funds required to use the payment method chosen when validating the payment.

When paying by bank card, the conditions of this payment method set out in the agreements between the customer and their issuing bank, and between the HearAround website and its bank, apply.

5. Data Privacy

The information requested from the customer during online payment is required in order to process the online transaction. It is treated confidentially. The customer has the right to access or rectify their personal data by sending a request by post to the following address: PEERLEDGE SARLAU, 117 Rue Ibnou Mounir, Résidence Azzarka, 1st floor No. 2, Maârif, Casablanca, or by email to the following address: contact@heararound.com.

6. Proof of Payment

The data recorded on the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI) online platform on behalf of the HearAround website is considered proof of payment for the online transactions carried out by the customer.
