Questions

About Rounds and prices

Do Rounds expire?
No. Rounds stay in your wallet until you use them.
Is there a subscription?
No. There is no monthly fee: you only spend Rounds on the tours you choose.
Can I listen before I buy?
Yes. Tours with a sample let you play it for free on their page and in the app, so you can check the voice and the route first.
Why is the price in my currency a little different?
Round packs have one price list everywhere. The App Store and Google Play convert it to your local currency and add local taxes. On this website, packs are paid by card in Moroccan dirhams through CMI.
Can I get a refund?
Rounds are digital content delivered straight away. Refunds follow our Terms of Sale and, for purchases made in the app, Apple's or Google's refund policy.
