Questions

Before you apply

How and when am I paid?
Each sale is credited to your earnings straight away and becomes available after 30 days. Once you have at least MAD 200.00 available, request a payout from the Creator Studio.
Do I need to be a licensed guide?
No. Licensed guides are welcome, but so are storytellers, historians and passionate locals. What matters is the quality of your stories and your audio.
What equipment do I need?
A recent smartphone and a quiet room are enough to start. A small clip-on microphone helps but isn't required.
How is the price of my tour set?
You propose a price when you submit your tour. Our team reviews it against the tour's length and content and may suggest a change before it goes on sale.
Can I edit my tour once it's live?
Yes. Your changes are reviewed first, and the current version stays on sale in the meantime, so listeners are never affected.
How long does the review take?
We aim to review applications and tours within a few working days. You get an email at every step.
